Let’s zoom into Saturn, shall we? This time-lapse animation was created using observations from the Hubble Space Telescope and shows the planet rotating. Saturn completes one rotation every 10.5 hours. Hubble’s view also resolves a hexagonal pattern around Saturn’s north pole, a stable and persistent wind feature discovered during the Voyager flyby in 1981.
