Humpback whale stuck in Baltic Sea off Germany

This morning our team were called out to a possibly stranded minke whale at St Margaret’s Hope, South Ronaldsay. The team quickly scrambled and arrived with all the kit needed to affect a rescue within half an hour of the initial call coming in! On arrival on site they found a sub adult minke whale free swimming very close to the sea defence wall.
