Rustic crusty rolls: You can use with any sourdough recipe!! These make an amazing crunchy sandwich roll. You would do this after your cold proof. Divide the loaf into 6 or 8 with your bench knife (I think next time I’ll try six instead) and place on a parchment lined pan (no need to shape! The idea is to leave them rustic!
