The trolleys in this short video clip were filmed across the street (Market St.) from the Philadelphia post office at 9th and Market Streets. The short, white cars in front of the post office were part of Philadelphia Rapid Transit's Mail Car Fleet. Mail was sorted aboard the cars and taken to outlying districts.
