This is how I make T-Shirt Yarn- I am using a rotary cutter to do the strips. It is a lot easier to get a straight line. You could use scissors for that. If using a rotary cutter you need a mat or a thick piece of cardboard to cut on. We have both in our shop - https://amzn.to/4aMQJTK You can make so many things with t-shirt yarn!
