Thanks to @coach_tim_performance_academy , he has taught us some new wicket variations that challenge the rhythm and core stability components of maintaining technique at top speed. The raise the roof variation challenges our athletes’ rhythm and makes maintaining their stride frequency more difficult. This is constraint-based sprint coaching, and we’re getting better and better at it each day! #sp
