Two years ago my spine bone density T-score was –1.7 (Osteopenic) Today it’s –0.8 (normal) — a huge jump in the right direction. 🙌 What changed? I was consistent in: • Lifting heavy in the gym • Adding regular jump training for impact • Dialling in calcium vitamin D Those habits worked beautifully for my spine… but my hip told a different story, going from –0.9 ➜ –1.1. (normal to just osteopenic) So that’s my new priority. This is your reminder that bones respond to the specific loading we give
