Half and Half vs Whipping Cream vs Heavy Whipping Cream! The real difference comes down to the fat content! Half and Half works great as a creamer for things like tea and coffee. Whipping cream is actually useful, but I personally don’t use it. It’s excellent when used in cooked applications such as adding it to a sauce to make it creamy.
