The key difference between a squat and a deadlift is your hip movement. 🏋️Deadlift: Hips are primarily moving backwards. 🏋️‍♂️Squat: Hips are primarily moving downwards. Yes of course I know they are moving back in the squat too and a little down in the deadlift. 😯But most of the hip movement is either going forwards or backwards.
