This 1904 Auburn has some interesting features! The cars engine is located under the passenger side, and is completely exposed. So different than what you’d see today! Although this is a 1904 Auburn, it’s equipped with a 1905 engine model. We know this due to the general timeline of Auburn engines. In 1905, these engines were two-cylinder, and was rated at 18 horsepower at 800 rpm. The previous Auburn engines were single cylinder that only developed six horsepower.
