🎥 Classic Echo Finding: Apical Rocking 🔍 What you see here is a classic example of apical rocking, a striking echocardiographic sign. 🫀 When does it occur? It is typically observed in patients with left bundle branch block (LBBB). 📌 Why does it happen? Because of the abnormal sequence of ventricular activation in LBBB, the septum and lateral wall contract out of sync.
