Tornadoes have left a deadly mark on the Cincinnati area – including 1974, 1999 and 2012. On April 3, 1974, 10 tornadoes touched down in the Tri-State during the worst outbreak in U.S. history. They killed five people in Hamilton County and left a path of destruction from Sayler Park to Mack/Bridgetown and beyond.
