BAGELS 🥯 There is perhaps a little too much flour dusting going on here, thanks to my little one. But she is always so eager to help! Bagels were on the request list at our house for a while so I finally made it happen. They honestly are so easy to make. Just use your favourite low hydration dough and shape them after the bulk fermentation.
