On June 13, 1992 WWF Superstars aired from the Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky. The show marked the television debut of Razor Ramon as he appeared in his first ever vignette. The Cuban immigrant bully from Miami, Ramon was modeled after the characters Tony Montana and Manny Ribera from the 1983 movie Scarface. On March 21, 1987 WWF Superstars aired from the Hara Arena in Dayton, Ohio. On Piper's Pit, WWF President Jack Tunney unveiled a new giant sized WWF Title that would fit Andre the Giant if he were to win the title from Hulk Hogan at Wrestlemania III in just eight days. Andre, with his manager Bobby “The Brain” Heenan, would eventually come out and grumble that the belt still was not big enough. | Davenport Sports Network
