Retro Rewind TV: Before they were Stars!⁠ ⁠ If this doesn’t sound like it could have been the cast of a fantastic 80s high school comedy, possibly written by John Hughes, then I don’t know what is.⁠ ⁠ Here you will see a young Lea Thompson, a young Elisabeth Shue, and an even younger Sarah Michelle Gellar in a Burger King Commercial from early 80s. ⁠The commercial was in response to a lawsuit that McDonald's filed against Burger King and lost. So this was a fun little F'U to Ronald and friends.

They're fun because they show off a different side of a celebrity - one we don't always see. This one is from Japan in 1990 and has one of the most iconic 80s stars, Eddie Murphy, promoting the brand new Celica. Japan LOVES US celebs - I've shown off commercials from Arnold, Sylvester Stallone, Alyssa Milano, Michael Jackson,
