Here’s the foolproof, super simple method I used below and yes, I used dental floss to true the legs together 😂 1️⃣ Prep the Turkey: Thaw completely (24 hours per 4-5 lbs), remove the giblets, and pat dry. 2️⃣ Season: Rub the turkey all over with salt and pepper, inside and out, to build a flavorful base. 3️⃣ Stuff the Cav
