Unpopular opinion but I absolutely love papaya! It is so refreshing and even the seeds you can eat! I learned a few years ago if you dehydrate the seeds you can use them in a similar application as peppercorns! The flavor is slightly bitter, fruity, and surprisingly spicy.I almost cried laughing so hard when I opened up this papaya and there was only a couple of seeds in it- but luckily I only needed a couple for this recipe.
