Farhad and Hajra sent us this video of them tackling Sani Pass this weekend in a BMW X5. It is possible to get to the top of Sani Pass in a 4x4, but it is very icy near the top. Note you aren't allowed past the South African border post lower down the pass without a 4x4 vehicle. You can get the required test (that we can't mention on here) at the SA border for R300. If you do get to the top, be sure to stop for lunch at The Highest Pub in Africa, which is where our Sani Pass webcam is located. C
