A powerful earthquake has struck the Philippines, killing at least 32 people and injuring more than 200 others. It also triggered tsunami warnings across parts of the Asia-Pacific region. The quake, measured at magnitude 7.8, struck on Monday morning at a depth of 10 km, according to the German Research Centre for Geosciences.
