It’s pretty simple really, neeps (Swede) and tatties (potatoes) both cooked and mashed together. I prefer a slightly more potato heavy ratio, but make it to your own taste. My daughter won’t eat Swede on its own, but she hoofs this down no question…as she does rumbledethumps! I’m all for the hidden veg! Serves 4-6. 600g peeled and chopped Swede,900g peeled and chopped potatoes,
