On July 21, 1990 NWA World Championship Wrestling aired on The SuperStation TBS. Join Jim Ross and Bob Caudle as they take a look back to the WCW debut of Big Van Vader at The Great American Bash held at the Baltimore Arena in Baltimore, Maryland on July 7th as he took down “The Z-Man” Tom Zenk. On July 31, 1987 NWA’s 3rd annual Great American Bash took place from the Orange Bowl in Miami, Florida. Like the previous year, it was a series of events held throughout the summer of 1987, although this year's tour only had 3 events (July 4th, July 18th and July 31st) instead of 13. In the main event dubbed “WarGames II: The Explosion”, The Road Warriors (Hawk & Animal), Dusty Rhodes, Nikita Koloff & Paul Ellering took on The Four Horsemen (Ric Flair, Arn Anderson, Lex Luger & Tully Blanchard)
