A combat plane crashed in a huge fireball this morning during a demonstration at the Dubai Air Show. The Indian HAL Tejas, a combat aircraft used in the Indian Air Force, crashed around 2.10pm local time on Friday while attempting to perform a vertical loop. The pilot has been confirmed dead, with the Indian Air Force taking to X stating: 'An IAF Tejas aircraft met with an accident during an aerial display at Dubai Air Show, today. New photos released by the NTSB show the UPS cargo plane’s left engine and the pylon holding it to the wing detached as it took off.
