Wait for that to cool and mix half of that with 1/4 cup of grass fed gelatin in your mixer and the other 1/2 of the herbal infusion in a pot on the stove with 1 cup of maple syrup (or honey). Bring that to a boil and then add to the gelatin and mix on high until fluffy. Pour into a pan lined with parchment and put in the fridge for 3-5 hours
