The Turakina Highland Games is one of the highlights of the summer. The 161st edition of the games was held a couple of weeks ago and it was a festival of all things Scottish. My colleague Suze Redmayne MP for Rangitīkei, a Turakina local, and I had a wonderful day listening to the pipers and drummers, watching the highland dancing and field events and chatting with attendees. The March of the Clans was a highlight, with 16 clans represented. Well done to everyone concerned! | Carl Bates MP for
