Fajita Hack 😱 🍗 Just whack 2 chicken breasts cut into strips on to a baking tray with 1 sliced red & white onion and 1 green & red pepper 🌶️ Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle over your Old El Paso fajita seasoning and give everything a good mix 🍗 Bake in the oven at 180C for 20 mins 🌶️ Sprinkle with a good handful of cheddar cheese and add enough mini tortillas to cover the tray 🍗 Add back to the oven for 3-5 mins (be careful that the tortillas don’t crisp up too much as they won’t fold)
