Do this for an elite impact position! When I say thrust the hips, I don’t mean thrust them forward toward the ball… rather it’s more of a thrust toward the target while tucking the butt under (posterior pelvic tilt) and squeezing the glutes. The correct sequence would be: shift or bump towards the target, rotate and thrust (extend).
