How to Lift Someone Using the Bridal or Fireman Carry

If you’ve never trained a fireman’s carry, you’re not prepared for the military. This isn’t a gym exercise. It’s a fundamental part of the world you’re going into. In military training, you won’t do this once. You’ll do it repeatedly, under fatigue, with no choice.
