After hearing @chopstickmurphys interview on @teamdinnertv I added a restaurant to my “must try” list. That restaurant was @pikaichi_ramen in Medford. He said it was his all time favorite ramen shop and he’s been to hundreds including many in Japan. I trust Chopstick’s recommendations so I knew I had to go give it a try. I’ve been wanting to share my experience for a while. I shot this video in July!!! The owner was having a surgery so they shut down for 2 months. They should be open or getting
