Chobani is being sued, and it matters more than most parents realize. A class action filed in April 2025 alleges independent testing found multiple phthalates in certain Chobani yogurts. These are plastic chemicals linked to hormone disruption. The claim is they likely leached from the plastic cups into the food. The same products were marketed as being made with “only natural ingredients.” That phrase is doing a lot of heavy lifting. Around the same time, there was a separate lawsuit over Choba
