Check your lube before you use it. If you’re using it for anal sex, one ingredient I recommend avoiding is glycerin. Glycerin can pull moisture out of the delicate lining of the anal canal, increasing the risk of irritation, micro tears, and discomfort. It can also promote the overgrowth of yeast and bacteria in some people. A good lube should reduce friction, not create new problems. Go check the label.
