When 2015 Inductee Bill Withers recorded the hit song “Ain’t No Sunshine” on his debut album at the ripe age of 33, he was working at a factory where he installed airplane toilets. The cover of the album, “Just As I Am,” is supposedly the same factory where he worked. Seeming to drop into the music scene out of thin air, Bill Withers’ debut album became one of the most legendary folk-soul albums to ever be produced. With “Just As I Am,” Withers debuted “Grandma’s Hands,” “Sweet Wanomi,” “Better
