Community 357- CAYC Culture Craft at NAC The Cheyenne and Arapaho Youth Council held another Culture Craft Night in Concho, OK at the Native American Church Building. Students learned about the gourd dance and the meaning behind the regalia. Also, students got to work on T-dresses, ribbon dresses, and shawls.
