Chocolate Chip Cookies
After five attempts and lots of trial and error, I finally perfected these amazing chocolate chip cookies! If you follow my stories, you saw some of the beautiful (but not quite right) versions I made along the way. Some of those actually turned out wonderful and might make it onto the blog soon — they just weren't the exact copycat I was aiming for. These cookies are thin, crispy on the edges, and wonderfully chewy in the center with that signature crackly top. The secret is using melted butter
