理事会上周通过了一项有关伊朗保障义务的重要 决议 。该决议载有重要的防扩散相关条款，并且强调支持通过外交途径解决伊朗核计划带来的问题。原子能机构成员国可以发挥极其关键的积极作用，支持从军事升级紧急转向外交。我敦促大家寻求一切可能的外交途径，我向大家保证，我一直准备着尽一份自己的力量，包括尽早前往伊朗评定局势，确保伊朗的安全、安保和不扩散。
