With Colts training camp ending today, quarterbacks Anthony Richardson and Daniel Jones remain locked in a competition for the starting job. And while neither one has elevated himself above the other, the coaching staff is hoping that they're both getting better.

Interestingly, there's one area where their past statistical production is largely the same. Jones and Richardson ranked 25th and 29th in QBR last season, which suggests there might not be much discernible difference between the overall outcomes of their performances.

As of Thursday morning, it seemed that Colts HC Shane Steichen was not all that close to naming either Richardson or Jones the team's starting quarterback.
