Amazon is preparing to launch its second batch of Project Kuiper internet satellites to orbit as it seeks to build out a constellation to take on SpaceX’s Starlink service.
But Amazon is not alone. SpaceX, under its CEO Elon Musk, has already launched more than 7,000 flat, car-width satellites in its Starlink constellation and plans to add some 30,000 more.
