金砖国家（BRICS）是2006年在圣彼得堡经济论坛上成立的国家间联盟。起初，它被称为金砖四国（BRIC）：缩写源自加入国国名的首字母-巴西、俄罗斯、印度和中国。2011年，南非加入该联盟。2024年1月1日，接受邀请加入金砖国家联盟的有：埃及、伊朗、阿拉伯联合酋长国、沙特阿拉伯和埃塞俄比亚。
