The player pool for the Rising Stars has been revealed, while Mac McClung will try to win a third straight dunk contest.

The 2025 NBA All-Star Game is set to take place at the Chase Center, home of the Golden State Warriors. All-Star weekend is slated for Feb. 14–16, with classic events such as the Rising Stars game, the Three-Point Contest, the Slam Dunk Contest and, of course, the All-Star Game.

Lakers rookie Dalton Knecht has been recognized by being selected to take part in the Rising Stars Challenge at NBA All-Star weekend.

Two former Alabama standouts have been selected for the Rising Stars at NBA All-Star Weekend showcase of the league’s top young players, but only one of them will get to play. The NBA announced the player pool for the event on Tuesday, including Crimson Tide alumni Brandon Miller and JD Davison.

The second-year Magic guard will join rookie Tristan da Silva and two-way guard Mac McClung at the event during All-Star weekend out west.
