The Fifteen Percent Pledge held its fourth annual gala on Saturday (Feb. 1) at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles. Hosted by Yvonne Orji, the organization gave out over $400,000 in grants to Black businesses and their founders— $50,000 for the Altadena Honoree Grant; $100,000 for the Sephora Beauty Grant, and $250,000 for the Achievement Award.

The widely popular gala hosted by the organization, proudly and traditionally uplifts Black businesses; this year, it’s no different.

Kelly Rowland brought neon hues to the red carpet at the 2025 Fifteen Percent Pledge Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday. The singer sported a hooded Harbison Studio gown featuring a bodice cutout, jeweled embellishments and a backless silhouette.
