Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca confirmed his team is at full strength as they go into the second leg of their Conference League semi-final against Djurgarden on Thursday with a commanding advantage from the first game.

Enzo Maresca has said lifting the Conference League this season would signify that " Chelsea are back." The west London side have one foot in the final after a commading 4-1 win against Djurgarden in their semifinal first leg last week.

Chelsea take a 4-1 lead into Thursday's Conference League semi-final second leg against Djurgarden at Stamford Bridge - but goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen has said a spot in the final is not being taken for granted.
