Looks like a broken something, meh. I used dd if=CRIME.001 of=CRIME.PNG skip=3702784 bs=1 to extract the PNG (and other things), then dd if=CRIME.PNG of=CRIME.ZIP skip=4096 bs=1 to extract the ZIP.
