Mysore, Oct 6 :Scores of Kannada Rakshana Vedike activists today went on rampage inside the Wipro Mysore campus and broke office furniture and other items.
Activists vandalized Wipro office in Mysore city of Karnataka during the shutdown to protest the Supreme Court's order to release 9,000 cusec of water from River Cauvery to neighboring Tamil Nadu.
About 200 employees left the campus. A police officer said the Wipro facility functions round the clock, in shifts. About 300 persons were at work when the attack occurred.
