Developing and debugging native code requires the C/C++ Development Tooling (CDT) extensions. Get them through Eclipse on the Software Updates dialog box from the Help menu. Click Available software.

With the latest debug code pushed up to the server, you should be able to connect up and attach to the process to begin debugging. From Visual Studio, go to Debug -> Attach to process.
