IT之家 11 月 19 日消息，据外媒 Engadget 今日报道，Roblox 宣布启动强制年龄核验，所有用户今后必须提交身份证件或进行脸部扫描，否则无法继续使用聊天功能。该政策会率先在澳大利亚、新西兰和荷兰落地，并将在明年初推广到全球。

Roblox是一个允许用户创建、游玩在线游戏并互动的平台。与多数在线平台不同，它允许13岁以下用户注册，且长期以“儿童学习编程的趣味方式”为宣传点。目前其全球用户超1.5亿，其中1/3为13岁以下儿童。
