树莓派4B应对存储芯片危机：引入中国晶存科技，8GB版采用双芯片设计

由于晶存科技目前通过认证的单颗芯片最大容量为4GB，为了维持 Raspberry Pi 4B 8GB版本的高容量规格，树莓派不得不对 PCB 设计进行修改。具体措施是在电路板背面增加第二颗 RAM 芯片，形成 双芯片堆叠 结构。这种设计方案在一定程度上增加了生产的复杂性，但也确保了产品在存储容量上的竞争力。而1GB入门款因新供应商提供单颗粒芯片，故无需调整设计，保持原有方案。
