MACOMB COUNTY, MI – A Michigan woman has been charged with murder after she allegedly obtained a fraudulent power of attorney over an elderly man and told a hospital to pull his life support.

No attorney was listed for her case in online records at 41B District Court in Clinton Township. Her arrest comes after a several-months-long investigation.
