This asynchronous course introduces participants to the principles, tools, and methodology of Lean Six Sigma to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality in processes across any industry.

The course will present a brief history of Lean and an introduction to Lean concepts, such as the 5 Lean fundamentals, defining value-added activities, the “8 forms of waste” and a Kaizen simulation.
