The Houston, TX, Fire Department has taken delivery of a walk-in heavy rescue from SVI mounted on a custom 20" raised roof Spartan Metro Star chassis.

SVI Trucks has delivered six heavy rescues to the Calgary Fire Department. They are built on Spartan MetroStar cabs and chassis, powered by Cummins L9 450-hp engine and Allison 3000EVS transmissions.
