PROVIDENCE – Gov. Dan McKee and Connecticut Gov. Ned Lamont, along with other Rhode Island officials, on Aug. 23 condemned a decision by the Trump administration to halt construction of Revolution Wind, the wind farm being built south of the Rhode Island coast.
