Thousands of emotional Black Sabbath fans have paid their respects to band founder and singer Ozzy Osbourne as his hearse makes its way through the streets of Birmingham

Sharon and Kelly Osbourne — who starred alongside Ozzy in the family's genre-defining reality show — were in tears as they lay flowers at the Black Sabbath Bridge in Birmingham, England.

Ozzy Osbourne, who was born in Marston Green, a suburb of Birmingham, and who died at the age of 76, was one of the city's most celebrated cultural icons. He and Sharon Osbourne were married for 43 years before his death.
